• Are the tents waterproof?

Only the outdoor tents are waterproof. They are 100% waterproof, all you need to make sure is that the windows and door flap is rolled down during rains.

• Are the tents ventilated?

The tents are extremely well ventilated, the windows have a mesh net on it too so that insects etc can not go inside, it also keeps the tent cool during summers. The windows can also be rolled down during rain and winters to keep the dogs snuggle.

The indoor tents are well ventilated too. They are good for all weather as well.

• Will the dogs feel hot in the summer inside?

As long as the windows are rolled up and its not too warm a mattress, they will be cool inside. The High grade canvas we use in the outdoor tents, expands in summers and makes the tent breathable. 

•  Will the dogs feel cold in the winters in the tent?

No, the canvas is the best in quality and extremely insulated. Open windows only to the extent required. If too cold, shut all windows and the tent will remain warm and comfortable. The canvas contracts during winters and insulates the tent!

• Do you come and assemble it?

The tents are very easy to assemble! You also have instruction videos here for the outdoor tents and indoor teepee tents here. 

•  Can I assemble it myself?

Yes, our instructional video will make it very easy for you to assemble this. Two people can assemble it in 15 minutes!

• What sizes do you have?

Please check our shop page to see the sizes along with the prices. It also mentions for which dog, which tent size is appropriate.

• How will the tent be shipped?
  

Once your order has been confirmed , the product shall be shipped pan India within the next 10 to 12 working days through an independent courier service. Standard shipping prices would be applicable except in certain states like Jammu & Kashmir.
